DELIVERY
ACCEPTANCE AND FORWARDING OF ORDERS

Orders received before 13.00 are processed within the day and arrive with you the next day. At peak times of the year, August, September and December, orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Orders received after 13.00 are processed the next day.
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are processed on Monday and arrive at you on Tuesday. Orders placed during public holidays are processed on the first working day after the holiday.
For express order, please select the option when configuring your delivery, but keep in mind that this will increase the delivery price. You can place an express order only on working days.
DELIVERY PRICES:

Flat rate of BGN 3.00 to any point on the territory of Bulgaria for orders up to BGN 70.00 with VAT. Free delivery to any point on the territory of Bulgaria for orders over BGN 70.00 with VAT. When you are entitled to free shipping, a Free shipping line will appear in the order process. When you mark it, the delivery amount is removed from your cart.
COURIER SERVICES

Delivery to the address specified by you is carried out with a courier company of our choice. We are currently working with the courier companies Rapido, Econt and Speedy. You will receive in your e-mail the name of the courier company that will deliver your goods, as well as the number of the bill of lading, with which you can easily track the movement of your goods.
Log in to your account. There you will also see information about your delivery by clicking on your order number.
If you want your order to be delivered to an Econt office or a Speedy office, please write the name of the respective office in the field for additional information so that we can deliver it to you there.

When you receive the goods, it will be accompanied by a receipt. The moment we receive the money for your order, within two days, you will receive: an electronic invoice to your e-mail address, if the order is made by a legal entity.
WARRANTY:

All products have a warranty period, which is specified in the product characteristics. During the warranty period, we will replace any defective product. The warranty covers the concept of “normal use”.
PRODUCT RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
RETURN OF ITEM

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide you with the opportunity to refund your money (excluding shipping costs) for any unused item within 15 days of purchasing the product. The product can only be returned if it is accompanied by a receipt. If the product has already been used, it is not considered new and you cannot return it.

- order number
- order date
- Your name and
- a copy of the receipt.
- If you have paid by cash on delivery, please send us a bank account number to which we will transfer your money.
- If you paid with PayPal, we will refund your money through the system
You can inspect your products when the courier delivers them. If the products do not meet your expectations, you can return them by the same courier. Then you do not pay for the return of the goods. If you decide to return the goods later in the next 15 days, then you will have to pay for the return delivery.
REIMBURSEMENT OF THE AMOUNT

Once we receive your item, we will check it and notify you of its condition after reviewing it. If everything is correct and the product is in excellent condition and has not been used, we will refund your funds by bank transfer or via PayPal. You will receive your funds within 2 working days of receiving the product back from us.
Delivery costs when returning products

You pay the cost of delivery to our office of the returned goods, if you do not return it with the same courier at the time of receipt. The costs for the delivery of the returned goods to our office are not refundable. If you have not paid them to the courier, the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
