Every customer has the right to return a product within 14 days after receiving it without giving a reason (Art. 55, para. 1 of the Law on Consumer Protection), except in the cases described in para. 2 of Art. 55. The amount will be reimbursed by bank transfer or by money transfer to EKONT of your choice.

Prior contact with us is mandatory.
We only accept back products that are in good merchantable condition and have not been visibly used, exploited, can be accepted as new goods and a receipt is not missing. Pursuant to Art. 55 of the Civil Code, the consumer must send or hand over the goods back to the trader or to a person authorized by him no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
If there is a problem with the quality of the product, we will replace the product, make a discount on the price or return the amount paid, with the costs of the courier and/or transfer of the amount being at our expense (Article 124 of the Law on Consumer Protection).
"Trade Lex 2018" Ltd. will refund within 14 days the amount paid for the product(s) (Article 55, Paragraph 6 of the Law on Consumer Protection), after making sure that the product is in a salable form, as specified by the customer Bank account.
Courier services for the return of a product without reason (right of refusal within 14 days) are at the customer's expense.
Courier services for the return of a product mistaken by the sender or a defective product are at the expense of "Trade Lex 2018" Ltd.
